Test Info

The new portal is available. It allows you to record your information electronically to speed up the analysis process.

On your first access, you will be asked to enter your test information. You will also have the option to set a reminder when it is time to complete your test.

After your first access, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to complete your test based on the test completion date that you will have entered. Keep this email with the link. The link will also be available when the server sends you the reminder email (if you have activated the reminder option).

If you have lost your link, enter your email address in the following box to receive it again:

Lors de votre premier accès, vous aurez à entrer les informations relatives à votre test. Vous aurez aussi l’option d’activer un rappel lorsqu’il sera temps de compléter votre test.

Après votre premier accès, vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation et un lien pour compléter votre test lorsque vous saurez la date de fin de test. Gardez ce courriel avec ce lien. Ce lien sera aussi disponible lorsque le serveur vous enverra votre rappel (si vous avez activé le rappel).
