Returning Your Long-Term Radon Test Kit

To ensure your test is processed, please follow the steps below carefully. Each step is essential.
Use the Return Envelope Provided
Step 1
After completing your test, place the device in the pre-addressed return envelope included with your kit.
You may return your long-term test kit using standard postage (typically one stamp). However, for added peace of mind, we recommend using Canada Post Registered Mail, which includes tracking and up to $100 in liability coverage at no additional cost. Your local post office can assist you with this option.
Please note that AccuStar Canada is not responsible for test kits lost in transit.
⏰ Respect All Deadlines
Tests returned late or expired are subject to invalid results.
Step 2
The unit must arrive at the laboratory within 30 days of your test end date, and it must be received 1 week before the expiry date printed on it.

Step 3

This form is mandatory. It is the only means that the laboratory has to match your dosimeter with your name, email, and tested address. Skipping this step will prevent your results from being processed.
Keep a Record of Your Device Number
Retain record of the device number until you have received your report.
Step 4
We do not store this information, and without it, the lab will be unable to retrieve your results.
Lost Your Return Envelope?
If the provided envelope is missing, you may use your own packaging to return the dosimeter. Be sure to follow all steps outlined on this page.
