Following the guidelines below are essential to prevent problems such as unprocessed results or undelivered test kits, as we cannot take responsibility if the return instructions are not followed.
Important Update – New U.S. Shipping Rules
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has imposed new requirements for small parcels under $800 shipped from Canada. These changes affect how your dosimeter must be declared before shipment.

If you’ve lost your return envelope, please print this form and bring it with you to Canada Post. Place your dosimeter in a secure envelope and use a tracked shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Don’t forget to also file the electronic customs declaration, which came into effect on August 29, 2025. You can find the instructions here.
